At KR², every garment is crafted to order with meticulous attention — conceived individually and refined with care. In keeping with this bespoke process, we do not offer returns.

We believe that exclusivity should never come at the cost of comfort. To ensure your experience remains seamless, we extend a carefully considered Exchange Policy:

Eligibility — Exchanges are available only in cases of sizing concerns or in the rare event of a verified manufacturing defect. Requests must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery to remain eligible.

Please note: Customized pieces, including altered lengths and made-to-measure orders, are final sale and are not eligible for exchange.

One-Time Courtesy — Each order is entitled to a single complimentary exchange, safeguarding your satisfaction while preserving the exclusivity of our process.

Process — To initiate an exchange, please submit your request through the Exchange page on our website. Once your request has been logged, we encourage you to connect with our team via WhatsApp to share details of your concern. This allows us to understand your issue more clearly and assist you with precision, ensuring a smooth and personal resolution experience.

Condition of Items — Garments must remain unworn, with original tags attached and signature KR² packaging intact, to preserve the integrity of each creation.

Brand Discretion — KR² reserves the right to respectfully decline exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
